I’ve paid for my order via BACs (Bank Transfer), how long does it take to process?

The processing time can vary depending on your bank, this can take 2-5 days to appear on our end and unfortunately we are unable to dispatch your order until payment has been confirmed by our Accounting Team who check our accounts regularly each day.

If you have paid by BACs please ensure you use your order number as the reference number so that we know what the payment is for as failure to do so will delay the processing of your order.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 business days of payment please contact us via our contact us form and we will investigate.
