Does my item come with any warranty?

Yes, it does! We offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the delivery date of your order. However, accessories and gifts such as light bulbs, cushions etc are not included, but we do offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on any item that is not fit for purpose. 

Any warranty or guarantee will be rendered void in the event that purchased goods are used, for any period of time, in a commercial or public environment, regardless of whether they were purchased to be used in a domestic environment or are in fact used as such.

Please note the guarantee excludes the following: Damage caused by the buyer, damages such as everyday use (wear and tear), improper handling, alterations made to the product, temperature or weather conditions and loss of accessories including buttons/velcro/etc.
